			<description>As I'm sure you're all aware we implemented a new rep system a couple of months back.



This system on the whole has been a big success but we feel that there is a need to explain when rep ( good or bad ) should be given.

Of course the rep system is only a bit of harmless fun at the end of the day, but its always nice to feel recognised for a helpful post and on the flipside it can be quite disheartening to see one of your posts flagged up with a big red bar beside it.

Just go the site which you wish to take the video from, copy the link, and then click on the video icon which is situated between the flash icon and the font size icon.

Then paste the link into the text box and click ok, the video will then appear in your post.

When you sign up to the GSA forums you should get an email asking you to verify/ confirm/ authorize your account.
